Chilkat Environmental prepared a comprehensive annotated chronology of the
Beach Road Tank Farm and Jones Point Stockpile contaminated sites in Haines for a
legal team pursuing damages from the environmental contractor. This detailed
information was used by the Alaska District Attorney Office, ADEC and Klukwan Inc.
Legal action was deterred and resources used for cleanup.
