Haines Borough – Revision of Haines Coastal Zone Management Plan

 

 

The Haines Coastal Zone District was the only in the state to define its boundaries at the city limits instead of the borough limits.  Chilkat Environmental performed a comprehensive resource inventory and analysis to include the entire borough in the zone.  Environmental Planner Glenn Gray supported planning components while Jacky, Will and Elijah managed environmental and development components.
